SUSHI TEI

Yes, my sushi tei card is finally here! Now i dont have to feel AS GUILTY each time i enter that restaurant. (:
So as previously mentioned, i talked about how i will blog the next time i eat at Sushi Tei to update you on whether my parents actually get the same kind of food?
Truth be told: They did not.
BUT, BUT, they did not, only because i told them to order something different. And what did they order? Or the typical "safe", "unadventurous" Japanese food.

CHA SOBA: MY FAV FAV

PLAIN UDON WITH EGG(BACKGROUND)
UNAGI FRIED TOFU (FOREGROUND)
SOFT-SHELLED CRAB ROLL (BACKGROUND)
MASSIVE LOADS OF GINGER (BACKGROUND)
CHAWANMUSHI (FOREGROUND)
Well, its true that these dishes are not normally what my parents would order when they go there (normally, my dad demands something meaty or full of protein), but its all dishes that EVERYONE has tried before. Not that this is a bad thing, it only means ill be going back more often to try out the other dishes that are still untasted by the Tan clan!

Anyways, for people who love sushi tei as well, (and i know many), please do feel free to call me out for a date there so we can try new things. Or feel safe and eat the usual. : D

PS: the unagi fried tofu we had was something new, and it actually tastes awesome, somewhat decadent even.
even though, its just ...... tofu. fried tofu.
