A dish that, in my opinion, can only be cooked under a slow meticulous boil, under the guidance of a cook working up a sweat in the kitchen. Smelling tasting adding, perfecting the taste of LAKSA!
What you see in the picture below is my own homemade laksa! (i know it doesnt look like the real laksa)
But it really does taste like the real thing. Of course, not as good, as thick and creamy and properly spiced, but it is a fair grade for laksa.
As you can see, i added in my own parsley, vegetables and tofu!

What if all the world's gourmet dishes could all be boiled down to a packet of instant noodles using the latest air-dried/freeze technology?
Honestly, what will the world become to?
I'd imagine more "alien" babies, more substance poisoning, more product recalling, more crazy food politics, BUT BUT BUT , despite all this, i'd predict that the level of instant noodle consumption would remain the same.
It's funny how everyone know how bad instant noodles is for your health, but somehow, no one seems to really care. Do informed consumers even bother?
Do i even bother?
I still eat my instant noodles whenever i feel like it, whenever its convenient.
In fact, very unapologetically.
