My point is, i no longer believe the recipes that TST prints and recommend. (So much for my many naive excitements!) And by this, I refer to the Sunday article on the MAKE YOUR OWN RECIPES : CHOCOLATE CRINKLES. Despite following the recipe's troublesome steps(which is rare since im so impatient), the recipe is a TEXTURAL DISASTER. And now, it not only leaves me with wasted chocolate (how ironic!), but also a bruised ego. Dammit Straits Times!
Dont talk about crinkles, it's more like a chocolate muffin. And please trust that i use quality ingredients because i do not shortchange any recipe. Well, at least i managed to take good photos! Hmmph
