Before i leave

i just thought i should post up something that i have been wanting to post up for the past week.
And the reasons why i didnt was evidence of my procrastination.

And partly because i really want to do because i cooked every single one of the dish as shown below! tee hee.
Cooking really does make me feel happy. Brainstorming about how i can use my limited home ingredients to create something different can me therapeutic for me. i really do love cooking!
Even if i may not be an expert at all.

So the first dish below is what i did with the remaining tofu i saw gleaming in the fridge.
I was then inspired by the prawn fritters my sister ate from mos burger then, and decided to crush some biscuit, make em' coat the tofu for some deep-frying. :D
Plus, the Japanese mayo available at home that day just made the dish all the more satisfying.

This is what i decided to do when i was craving for eggs, yet craving for something healthy at the same time. These baby tomatoes were going to spoil soon anyway. And it would be such a pity if no one had the time to eat those plum red babies.
During the cooking process, i realized that adding butter makes a MUCH BETTER TEXTURED scramble egg. Of course, you must add the usual milk, but butter. It was just magic.
This is french toast with maple syrup! i like my bread crispy, like biscuit. As you can probably tell by now, all the bread below and above, does look a little burnt. But only because i like it that way!
I probably be back updating more about food. Probably about myanmese food! Can't wait! Pray for my stomach please...
